An overview where you can find the most frequently used terms.
Broker - The proxy which connects your chargers to your CPMS. Part of our base product.
Connect - Our base product which contains the broker. Provides real-time data and control over charging systems, independent of hardware and CPMS.
CPMS - Charge Point Management System. Often called “backend” or “backoffice”.
Discovery Mode - When this mode is active, new chargers can be connected to the Exolink Broker which will then be added to the database.
Lab - Fast-tracks development of tailored e-mobility applications. Allows quick deployment of new use cases without programming skills.
Tenant - Organization which users and charger groups get assigned to.
